I’m a huge believer in, and proponent of, naps. I feel so productive a nap! I know some people can’t nap, like the two previous commenters. I wish I knew why so I could help, because I would love for everyone to benefit from this midday break.
I have seen benefits of napping when I am exhausted. But a nap won't be just 20-40 mins of your day if it takes you that long to fall asleep. I think too much. I can lay in bed that long and never fall asleep unless I am utterly exhausted.

Help!!! When I nap I wake up bleary eyed and completely unfocused. It takes hours to recover.
