This list of mug recommendations is at least 5 - 10 yrs out of date. I highly value the recommending of Bodum and Gignon. However, Finam tea filters are esp unhealthy since you are pouring just boiled hot water to brew tea for many minutes in mesh plastic, allowing more leached plastic into water than a simple plastic bottle like Clean Bottle which is bad enough. I was surprised to learn that Sigg is lined with a polymer plasic. Folks , being free of BPA just doesn't cut it in 2024. We now know that plastic particles penetrate into our human tissues. Continuing research will reveal how many plastics are as bad as BPA. Previous generations have not grown up w some much plastic particles in their fluids and food. I don't want to gamble.

I like Sun's Tea double wall glasses. Not the most beautiful, but far and away the least breakable, I've broken a lot of the other brands, Sun's is as durable as any other glass cup.
